Scentia currently supports prepayment for orders placed on the website. Customers may choose one of the payment methods below.

1. PAYMENT VIA E-WALLET OR BANK TRANSFER

At the checkout step, Customers can open their banking application or e-wallet application, then scan the QR code displayed on the order interface to complete the payment.

Customers are kindly requested to carefully check the recipient’s information, payment amount, and transfer description before confirming the transaction.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Currently, Scentia does not apply the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. If Customers wish to pay via COD, Customers will be responsible for shipping costs in cases where the order is returned and needs to be redelivered.

To minimize risks, all orders need to be paid in advance via e-wallet or bank transfer.

3. NOTES

The order will only be confirmed and processed after Scentia has successfully received the payment.

If Customers transfer to incorrect information, transfer an incorrect amount, or need support with payment confirmation, please contact Scentia via Fanpage or Instagram at Scentia.vietnam.

Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with Scentia’s Return and Refund Policy.
